Stamped LAAT on handmade paper, colored with markers and aqua painter. Leaves stamped and attached (some with dimensionals); fibers added to card, sentiment stamped (repositioned with Stampamajig).

Thanks for your comment. This particular sheet of handmade paper was not made by me (I purchased it for cardmaking), but I do make my own paper and frequently use them in my cards. I learned the craft at our local county museum many years ago when they were offering a free workshop. I had a friend construct my mold and deckle from scraps of wood, but I'd try the embroidery hoop method - sounds simple. I use an old blender rather than the wisk/egg beater method. It's really fun, and I'd definitely recommend trying it! It's also a great way to recycle some of that junk mail we receive. (Warning: papermaking is addicting.)
