FS1008 - Ardyth has us picking from three fabulous past Featured Stampers in this week's Featured Stamper challenge. This card was inspired by FS203 - LeisaJane's fun card:
I changed the colors, adjusted the sketch, and sketched and watercolored my image instead of stamping it. I did keep her basic sketch, stitched borders (mine are faux), and circular embellishments.
WCW313 - Stacy has us painting lures or mountains. I chose lures since all the guys in my family are big fishermen.
IC1069 - Stacy has us visiting the Food Network for inspiration. I was inspired by this Shrimp Scampi which I want to try and make this week:
A brand‑new ATC/Coin Swap is sailing in for June, and our theme is "The Sea". Hope you’ll dive in and join the fun! All the details are waiting for you here.

Super looking card - I can feel the influence of the shrimp even in your peachy toned bg - Fabulous sketching and painting of that lure!
I've had a craving for garlic, lemon shrimp in caper sauce - this card seals the deal and the pans are hitting the stovetop today!!

What a perfect card for a fisherman. You are so talented, Nancy. I admire the paintings you create! You have lots of inspiration to share with other card makers~
