Itsy Bitsy Baby Mini Cards
Added to Favorite

Photo Details
Poster: DStamps

My sister gave me this old stamp set- Figures of Speech, and I decided to see what I could do with it. It's really a good size to use with Mini cards, and I have been doing a few of those lately, so I decided to just make some more.

On all of these, I colored the baby face with SU900, the checks with SU1000, and highlights with Ivory. I punched the baby out with the smaller circle punch, and then matted with slightly larger circle punch.

For the blue baby, I colored the heart with an Azure Afternoon marker, the onesie with Balmy Blue Blend, and the bib with Seaside Spray Blend. The background piece was 2nd generation Azure Afternoon. I flicked the edge of the panel with Azure and added Iridescent Pearl Jewels to finish it.

For the green baby, I colored the heart with a Lost Lagoon marker, thinking I was going to use that for a base. I changed my mind and decided to go with Granny Apple, but I didn't recolor the baby. The onesie is colored with Lt Soft Sea Foam, and the bib with Lt Mint Macaron. I flicked the panel with Granny Apple and finished the card with Soft Sea Foam Basic Sequins.

I struggled with the pink baby. I ended up coloring it with Lt Pretty in Pink and Lt Bubble Bath blends, coloring the heart with Strawberry Slush marker. I forgot to flick the edges. I added Pretty in Pink 24-26 In Color Resin dots to finish it.
