Sunflowers for Jayne

This is a teapot tuesday card for Jayne , who is in her mid nineties and had to move into assisted living. She is a dear friend of mine from church, and had to move to another state , but is closer to one of her daughters. Jayne is a Pgh Steeler fan. I used a stampand die set from stamping up , but I could not get the sunflower stamp to completely stamp, even using my Tim.Holtz stamping platform. So I gave up and just die cut a flower. Thank you, Nancy for taking on this challenge.And thanks to everyone who is sendingJayne a card.

Love how you used the gold for the veining/definition on the sunflower. It's really striking and makes the card shine. Great card. I'm sure will love this even more knowing you made it for her.

I hate when you get a stamp and it does not stamp good but your flower came out great--like pops on the colorful background, sorry you lost your friend to moving away--in writing the address I saw the city and that is like 20 mins away from here
