Layers of ink
Here's a bright and happy floral card. White emboss the floral image and watercolor. Watercolor the background too.
White emboss dots on the background and distress the edges.
Die cut mats from glitter and white cardstock. Assemble the card. Die cut the title from color-blend cardstock and add two stamped sentiments.
Add a ribbon and cheese cloth at the bottom of the card.
