Laminated fall napkins using a matte finish laminating pouch. Die cut them using a seed packet die set from the stash. Lined them with scrap printed card stocks. I added a scallop and a regular circle pieces to be decorated later with stamping or a holiday icon. This treat holder can hold a fun size candy bar or a gift card. Perfect for Christmas or birthday projects! Used liquid glue to put the laminated seed packet together. Am using the back of my seed packets as the front of my treat holders and this shows the printed liners I put in them.
