 | | I'm on the road as I post this, heading to a family dinner 6 hrs away to celebrate my Dad and stepmom's 50th anniversary. It has been a busy week making sourdough loaves to take along to treat them, and my sisters and their families. Last night I arrived home after 8pm with a card in mind knowing I had very little time, and hoping both mojo and dexterity would flow quickly! Thankfully they did! I embossed these adorable hedgies in gold, then embossed the TH numbers into the balloons, and coloured in with my Copics. I then took my Taylored Expressions snowfall ef and rubbed Versamark onto the raised side and pressed that onto my card, then applied my gold powder and heat embossed for a confetti look. I backed it with a little rim of gold, and was so thankful that it came together as quickly as it did! Necessity is the mother of invention, right?? In this case, creativity!! Phew!! |
