I was inspired by Nancy's lovely card and remembered that I have the same verse she used.

Alphabet Challenge ROUND 24 - Colors
ABC24I9 March 25, 2026 - Letter I - indigo, iridescence
My color for this card is Indigo.
I looked through all of my blues and purples and could not find the right shade for indigo, so I went with a brighter blue that is not navy. This patterned paper with stars fit the bill. It is sized for slimline, so I added colored strips on the sides to fit the full front of an A2 sized card.
I stamped the verse in blue ink and die cut using a scalloped rectangle. I stamped the verse a second time in black ink (alcohol marker friendly) so I could color the banner, fussy cut it, and overlay it.
I stamped, colored, and die cut the bear with star balloons. |
