 | | For the Color Challenge hosted by Karen. Her wonderful colors are Fresh Freesia, Balmy Blue, Granny Apple Green. The dessert option is anything goes; my dessert is Lemon Lolly flower centers.
For my card: the flowers are stamped & die-cut. The top piece is cut from Shimmer Vellum. For dessert, I die-cut flower centers in Lemon Lolly & added a white sequin. The small leaves are cut from GAG cardstock. The larger leaves are cut from DSP with a Granny Apple Green and white pattern. It was a bit of an experiment to do something different. The card base has stitch marks from a cover-plate die.
A birthday sentiment, a bow and some Freesia sequins to finish it off. Very sparkly with the shimmer vellum & sequins!
The colors are so springy & fun to play with. We hope you will join in! TFL |
