 | | Hello. Another sympathy card to share this snowy Sunday afternoon.
This card is based on a beautiful design that I saw on Mary Deatherage's website, Stampsnlingers.com (she used the Heal your Heart Stamp set), using the SU Oh So Sombre 6x6 DSP.
My version follows same stamping technique of using the Stamparatus to ensure the flower in each corner is in the exact same location, so once the Oh So Sombre Blackberry Bliss DSP was cut in the middle (with the second largest Stitched So Sweetly die) and rotated (and raised with dimensionals), the corner flower would match perfectly.
My version used same color ink, on matching DSP, instead of black ink. I'm scared to use black ink, thinking it might ruin my stamps! Silly, right?
PS. I'm sorry this card isn't linked to the proper SU stamp set (Prayers & Promises), but it wasn't available today in the pull-down menu. |
