So excited to be on vacation and have some time in my craft room. When I saw today's "Anything Snowy" F4A Challenge, I got excited to use one of my many backgrounds that I made on Tuesday with my texture paste. This was light blue snowflakes on white cardstock. I painted the background with metallic and glitter blue acrylic paint and splattered with PFS white splatter. So here I was with a very mixed media card already and I consulted today's MIX challenge - Snowmen! Alright! I was wanting to finally ink up this cutie. Turns out it came with coordinating die. That was nice. I find my ScanNCut doesn't like to cut watercolor cardstock, but since I had these dies I decided to watercolor. You all know I'm not the best watercolor artist, but it was fun practice. I'm very happy with these cards (I made two) and I'm glad I already have two cards ready to mail out next Christmas!

The post showcases such a joyful mix of texture and technique. The layered snowflake background adds so much depth, and the metallic and glittery blues give the whole scene a crisp winter glow. The snowman is beautifully watercolored, full of personality, and the coordinating die adds such clean dimension. The entire design feels playful, polished, and wonderfully festive.
