this is just a simple watercolor wash (with some leftover paints from another project), masked with washi tape, then drew the coffee mugs and wrote in the phrase when it was all dry. TFL!
PS - I gave this a "3" for difficulty only because i had to draw the coffee cups!

I'm with you on the drawing part....if I can avoid it, I do, even though I'd like to improve. It's not natural for me. This is a delightful card, love the simplicity.
