 | | Someone had shown me a similar card they'd bought and I thought I'd have a go at recreating it! The card is actually flat, with higher steps towards the back, my photography skills make it look like it's rising up a hill!!
I have some reasonably sturdy card blanks that I thought were 15.5cm square but it turns out they are 6" so I had to muddle through with that so I could use the centre score line of the card for one of the steps.
For my own future reference, I cut off 0.5" off each side, then scored in inches as follows: 2, 4, 5.5, 7, 8, 9, 10.
The card fits into a normal C6 envelope. The candles and glasses are from a couple of Sizzix sets but I'm not sure where I got the greetings but they are from two sets as the fonts are different. |
