Geometric shapes in the back ground on this card, I've used a stencil to dry emboss the triangles, sponged over this and splattered with white acrylic paint, then laid a circle stencil and sponged mustard yellow, colored the flame with a yellow marker and added some details with the white gel pen, stamped happy new year and die cut the little tag, added a brad to the clock arms.

Your use of bold color and dimensional embossing created a spectacular effect! I am captivated by the textured background! I also love how you used the candle and the time piece. So beautiful!
