The inlaid die cut technique adds such a refined touch, and the distressed brick background gives the whole piece a nostalgic, weathered charm. The poppies really pop against it—so vibrant and full of life. Beautifully balanced and thoughtfully executed.

Great card! I'd never heard of embossing with a die cut so that you can inlay it -- what a clever idea! I love your flowers and your scattering of clear drops. I'm so glad Janine included this in her list of weekly favorites so that I didn't miss it.
