I think I will send my card to a couple from church who recently lost their only daughter.
I used Spotlight on Nature. I stamped, colored & fussy cut the butterfly & popped it up. I wrapped natural twine around my card. I stamped the sentiment in white & flagged the ends. It is also on pop dots.
I thought these colors worked well together.

So soft and pretty. I really like the look of the sentiment stamped in white, and it's a great layout too. The two different colours of matting really works well.

*GASP* - I'm in love! Your layout is so unexpected yet so, SO right! The color challenge colors play beautifully with it and the images and sentiment you've chosen. I truly love everything about this!!!

Beautiful card, Karen! I like how you matted the stems separately with different colors, and yet connected them with the tilting of the panels. Also, the sentiment & butterfly bridges the panels together. Ingenious layout for this couple who have experienced an imaginable loss. How kind of you to think of them for the challenge.

beautiful colors. The pink and peach colored card stock looks like it has texture to it.. the layout is great. Sorry for the loss this Church family has to endure.
