 | | Stacy has given us an amazing video this week. The artist is painting a pansy with the wet-on-wet technique. She does a large single pansy. I have the ones I practice doing and cut them out for another project someday. Last week we did a tiny basket with flowers, and I wanted to do one with pansies. This is how the card came about. I started by sketching the basket and pansies. Using small brushes and the wet-on wet technique painted the sketch. The tiny ones are harder to do than the large ones. You just need to use smaller brushes. I especially liked how she shaded the white petals with the gray. Thanks, Stacy for a wonderful challenge. Come join us and paint a pansy any size. TFL |
