Barbara gave us some bright, happy and fun colors with a birthday card for dessert! Perfect combination. I pulled out a stack of birthday stamp sets and chose an older Stampin Up set. I combined it with a recently retired set to create this card. When I dug through my Melon Mambo paper scraps I found this candle border piece and added Daffodil Delight flames and additional card stock strips. I stamped and punched some balloons, some streamers and a greeting. I hope you can join us in some celebratory cards in the gallery today.

So festive & fun! I like how you used the challenge colors in repeated elements: balloons, streamers, strips at the bottom. The yellow on the candles is a nice touch. Love the sparkle. Great card.
