I actually bought this row house die years ago to make this card and promptly forgot I had it! Sound familiar? So thanks Angie for the challenge (and the reminder).
I tried several shades of blue for the bg panel before settling on this one, which showed the yellow and black the best. The panel covers the white base.
I saw the directions for the punch art Batman signal somewhere online using an oval die and the word window punch. So simple!

I am afraid I don't get the batman signal...but it is super cool! And great for these days-and all the superhero love. And I like it over the cityline die with the yellow windows. That was a bit of tiny work.
