WT1009 - Warp Speed, Polly has asked for FAST & it is hummingbird season

So, I chose to use this stamp set that has never seen ink! It's a multi-layer hummingbird. I used my MISTI & still didn't get it quite lined up. The photo of the hummer that I used looked a little irresident, so I added some clear Wink of Stella over the green. I looked up flowers that hummers like & used a Tech Tuesday set & colored with a SU marker. The sentiment is from the set. This was also a little faster to make since there are no paper layers.

I think the unaligned layers add to the sense of movement! I love that you made this a one layer card ~ it really focuses the eye on the bird and his lunch!

So lovely! I like the flowers stamped off the edge...they do look like ones that hummers love. And I think your bird looks fine..it is hard sometimes to get those multi stamped images lined up just so.

A lovely one layter card. I think multi-layer stamps are a lot of work - but in this case the nit quite aligned tail adds a perfect suggestion of movement.
