Happy Birthday Tarra

For the Teapot Tuesday, Tarra needs a birthday card as her birthday is approaching. I thought this bright happy card will brighten her birthday.

I used colors from this week's color challenge. I found a layout on Pinterest and went with it. When I added the sparkle pen, the purple turned a bit pink. Possibly there was residual ink on my brush that I didn't notice. I like the happy colors.
