 | | For Lisa's WTUI challenge today: WT982 - Napkin - January 4, 2024 by Shoe Girl at Splitcoaststampers
I do have some pretty napkins, but I also have almost a whole pack of the napkins I ended up as the best for the technique when I featured die-cutting napkins as a TLC - so that's what I went with. Tutorial linked in Lisa's challenge post . I have a vague recollection that I used to find double-sided adhesive helped ensure the bottom layer of the napkin stayed stuck to the card, but I couldn't find mention of it in any of my write-ups.
I embossed a square of white card and added some Cosmic Shimmer paste to highlight it. Chose a butterfly from my butterfly box to pair with the flower and leaf, and added a birthday sentiment. It was a bit Spartan so I punched the corners and added a gold cord frame. |
