This weeks alphabet letter is D. I chose Denmark as my destination. I looked at photos on the internet and found it has many houses all in a row next to the ocean, each in bright colors. There is a mermaid statue in the city of Copenhagen. I chose to use a mermaid on my card, placing it in water. This mermaid is Vikki Mermaid by Gina K Designs, very retired. The greeting and seashell strips are from a set by Your Next Stamp, also retired. The houses are from a Paper Smooches set, retired, but may come back as Kim is with Pink and Main now. It was a fun destination to learn about and create from.

Your card is bright and full of fun. I also was thinking of Denmark. We have visited there many years ago and walked along where the bright houses are and saw the mermaid. She is very small irl. You may see another Denmark card in the gallery LOL unless I can think of something else.

Such a bright and cheery birthday card, love the row of bright houses and you've done them in our family favorite colors too! (DH's purple, my green, DD1's red, and DD2's blue!)
