My first Christmas card of the year! I stamped a frosty winter forest for this card, using both clear and white embossing powder and a mix of ink. The background was painted with pearlescent and normal watercolors. The heat embossing creates a resist effect with quite a lot of texture.
Ink pine tree stamps with two shades of Distress Oxide ink, stamp and emboss with clear powder. Work one tree at a time. Stamp the white trees last, using clear ink and white powder.
Paint the background with pearl and normal Gansai Tambi watercolors. The embossing will resist the ink. White emboss the sentiment on vellum and add some pearls as snow.
Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!
