It's Friday! Time for a new Mix-Ability challenge and I'm throwing a checkmark at your To-Do List!
Come on over to the forum and play along in the MIX556: 100 Days challenge!
My card has two things that have been on my to-do list and it made me so happy to get them done!
I did a pretty background, it's letter-size sheet so I have more to use in a quick minute, and to make a whole set of sentiments to have on hand for said quick minute!
The background is made following Vicki Boutin during SBF 2023 this fall. Grabbed similar Distress Inks from her demo and started blending and then went on a mad hunt for bubble wrap all over the house and then found an envelope one from my last order right on my desk where I was working! LOL Lifted the pattern with water on the wrap then dabbed more water around THEN spattered darker colors all over. THAT. WAS. FUN! The sentiment was done with first the die still intact with the metal bridges ran through on white cardstock. All the white die cuts removed and I placed the negative part into my MISTI, lined each stamp into the hole it belonged and stamped for a check to shift them around and then began stamping in black ink. (Not all of them at once, mind you.)
I hope I see your accomplished To-Do list items in the Mix-Abiilty forum this week, but it's okay if they get added next week or whenever you get to them, too.

Cool! That's something I haven't tried with bubble wrap - sprinkling it with Brushos, misting and printing is my favourite but I will definitely try this when I get to having more stamping time again.
