I found this technique online and I was intrigued. Using a sponge brush I put a line of mod podge in the centre of the white panel and gently brushed the glue outwards to create the effect desired. I sprinkled the green glitter in random areas. Then I added the second colour all over the image, shaking the excess off. Finally I glued sequins and snowflakes in similar colours. The sentiment was stamped before attaching the panel to a black top fold base. It's different but I really like the results.

Wow, I am glad I saw this card and the video. You made such a beautiful card. I have to try this. I hope you do find time now to try the DTGD23UnderstandBlueB challenge. It was so fun and unique. I think it would have been easier for me if I had the right plate.
