Today we are making cards for two sisters who are embarking on living independently in a group home for the first time. They love board games, so I made a classic Checkerboard, stamping "sending SMILES" & "lots of HUGS" in three of the squares. Made some checkers by embossing red and black cardstock, die cutting in circles and stacking three layers for depth. This is a flat card with white on the back for a note.
