Still catching up on some missed Featured Stamper challenges, this one is for tblmom, aka Kristen, who has a fun gallery to browse! Here is her card that inspired mine:
I kept the wreath design and the round sentiment piece, but changed to a Christmas card.
I cut a piece of wood print paper to size and attached to a green base card. On white cardstock, I stamped the wreath in Wild Wasabi and the detail over it with Old Olive. I used the matching die to cut out the wreath and punched a number of small circles out of a scrap of red paper and glued to the wreath. I looped some red ribbon through the wreath and attached to the back of the card front, then glued down the wreath. I stamped the sentiment in Wild Wasabi and cut it out with a circle die. I cut a larger circle in red, and glued the two together, then attached to the card with foam tape.
Hope your FS week was awesome, Kristen, congrats!

Love the changes from the inspiration card to a Christmas greeting. Planked bgs always seem to work beautifully for a Christmas scene with a wreath as does this. Lovely card.
