Because it reminded me of the Birthday Whimsy set that I got from Ebay and had not used yet. I used a similar color scheme and layout for my card, which is much more turquoise than sky blue as it photographed.
I stamped the image in Tempting Turquoise ink on a scrap of white cardstock and trimmed it. I used gold glitter glue for the candle flames and black glitter glue for the cake decorations, to go with the black background. I put the piece aside to dry and constructed the rest of the card. I trimmed a piece of turquoise watercolor pattern paper smaller than the card front and attached. I stamped the sentiment in black ink. I cut a rectangle of black cardstock and wrapped the dotted ribbon around the bottom pard and glued in place. I made a bow knot and attached with a piece of a glue dot. When the stamped piece was dry I attached to the black piece and used foam tape to add the black piece to the card front. I finished with some turquoise gem stickers.

USEIT2022: older but recently acquired and not yet used stamp set, ribbon was in my stash for several years but never opened! Continuing to use up a sheet of gem stickers from Dollar Tree.
