 | | Todayâs Tea Party is for Kandie (kemernow) who recently lost her husband. Iâve used todayâs Color Challenge Combo for my card today. I always think of mixed media when I think of Kandie, so I dug through my background drawer and found this gelli print that I made using some leaves. I think this is dahlia leaves. It happened to be just the right colors. Then I added some pink flowers and a mint colored sentiment banner. Kandie collects such neat antiques, that I want to add some fun little embellishments to her card. I grabbed my sticker drawer and dug through that for some fun things too. This is one of those cards that I just kept throwing things at. I do that sometimes and I hope Kandie likes it. |
