links to a blog entry from Pam that helpfully has all the measurements for the different "tiles" in the layout, which was hugely helpful to me (and even then I still made some mistakes as I cut the pieces out!). I decided to combine with the "Sweet" theme from last Monday's CAS challenge by using the Ice Cream Corner papers in the design.
I made a card from some yellow textured Martha Stewart cardstock. I cut a rectangle from white cardstock and a slightly smaller one from black cardstock, which I mounted on the white piece. Following Pam's guide, I cut pieces of the patterned paper in various sizes and arranged on the black cardstock and glued down. For the final corner I cut a piece of white cardstock and stamped the sentiment from Spellbinders on it and attached it.
Pam I hope you have have enjoyed your week as Featured Stamper! Congratulations!

Well, you certainly turned this design into a fun, celebratory card with the ice cream and the sprinkles and those fun colors. Great CASE and a wonderful way to wish a friend a happy day.

I’m thrilled about the card you chose. I’ve done it in so many themes because I think they’re fun to do. I haven’t done one with the ice cream paper, love yours. Glad you found the measurements to make it easier. Thanks for joining the challenge.
