Toni's Ways to Use it Challenge is stars, in honor of Global Astronomy Month. I had the perfect stamp, which is ages old and I've never inked up. (In my defense, I have used other stamps from the set) I silver-embossed the star chart, trimmed it, and added it to a tag. The tag looked kind of bare, so I added a star pattern with another old (but used) stamp. The tag is mounted on a star-patterned piece of paper, but the stark navy and white didn't quite look right, so I sponged it with blue and linen inks to tone it down a little. The tag is also sponged with linen ink. The quote (from the same set and also never used before) is from Abe Lincoln. I'm always suspicious when I see unfamiliar quotes from famous people, so I did some research and this is apparently something he actually did say.

I would like to wish upon all your stars! I love the star chart on the tag…can’t believe you hadn’t used it before. The star on the twine is the perfect accent. Wonderful card Sandy
