I've kept the same idea, but changed the color for the water coloring, I've used 5 hues of blue, and a bit yellow for the sun.
I've added the fisherman who seems to be really patient, I've also added extra layers and a big birthday sentiment .

Wonderful guy card using her layout!

Love how you changed her blue squares into this beautiful sea scene. You know I love your cards with that boat image. Perfect birthday card for anyone who loves to be on the ocean.
