Congratulations to Cindy H. as Featured Stamper this week = FS790! Cindy has a vibrant and varied gallery that held my interest throughout the slide show.
I began with the blue background panel, scalloped the bottom edge then used a measuring guide to punch the holes with my CropaDile. Used a piercing guide to *stitch* the other 3 sides, then added white gel pen *thread* and mounted it to the white card base.
I cut a white frame by nesting 2 rectangles, then used the center to stamp and cut out some of my peonies. Used Blends to color the flowers and a marker to add a touch of black to the inner edge of my frame, then adhered frame and flowers to the card.
Made a sentiment tag and attached with twine, then loosely tucked the tag between blossoms. I finished the card with a sweet sentiment inside, a matching envelope and my personalized stamp on the card back.

Lovely Gayle, I like how you retained just about every element of Cindy's card while changing every one up just a bit -- deeper blue, larger scallops etc. Great CASE!
Gayle, your card is absolutely gorgeous!! Love everything about it - the colors, the images and beautiful tag with sentiment such a fabulous CASE! Thank you so much for creating a card to honor me, I so appreciate it!

This is a beautiful card, Gayle. I am so impressed that you individually punched those holes in the scallops and so perfectly centered. Brava! Love the stitching too. Those blooms are gorgeous but those extra details are what really give your card that extra punch. Wonderful job.
