I did 'watercolor stamping' by using a finger dauber to ink up the stamps with distress ink, then misting them with water before stamping to create that watercolor effect. I die cut "hello" from my background, then layered the letters up with several layers of cardstock. I left the centers of the 'e' and 'o' empty to show the matting layer, as it helped the letters pop a bit more. If I were to do it again, I'd use the same blue cardstock to build up my eclipse letters so they'd pop out a little more.
