Hello and welcome to this weekâs color challenge. LeAnn is hosting and the colors she chose are Pool Party, So Saffron, and Mint Macaron. Dots for dessert. This is such a BEAUTIFUL color combination. Iâm super excited for it. Thanks, LeAnn!
To make this card, I began by stamping the dotted background onto white cardstock. An older Hero Arts large wood mounted rubber stamp was used along with dark gray ink. Thereâs nothing like using a good old rubber stamp except⦠Somehow I managed to get a few small smudges on the paper despite my efforts not to. My trusty sand eraser took care of the tiny smudges. There are a few hiding under the flowers though!
Thanks for stopping by. Be sure to play along with us.

I love our "true confessions"! I always say Mistakes are an opportunity for embellishment. How convenient that your little smudges fell right where the flowers go. And what a pretty bouquet you've created with this week's soft colors! Love the dots and the extra little circles (more dots!).

I love your flowers. They did a lovely job of covering smudges!

Beautiful design Marianne, I love the background stamp (you would never know it was stamped). Yes I must agree with you on the trusty ole sand eraser too! You've used this week's colors so nicely! Love it!
