I stamped the London City Scape onto watercolor paper, brushed with water under the scene and then watercolored with a Bluish Black water color paint - having the darkest paint under the cityscape and brushing it down into the water.
I die cut the letters and cut the image with a stitched slimline die and layered it over a black panel cut with a slightly larger slimline die.
