Card for the Teaparty and the Watercolor Challenge.
I saw that a chicken was on the list of suggested themes for the teaparty recipient so I decided to try to paint one. Not the easiest thing to paint on embossed patterns, but I gave it go. I had to put so many layers to get good coverage and I tried to fix him so it end up looking like an oil painting - lol. My chicken looks a bit ill but it looks like a chicken so I am going with it.
Inside it says, "because it was free range."
The watercolor challenge was emboss resist with water color powders. So fun.
Thanks for visiting! Hugz

WOW this is fabulous! Your heavy brush strokes on the chicken remind me of VanGogh...he was not frugal wiht his paint application. i love the red patterned bg.
