I've gotten a little bit obsessed with vintage stamps lately - this one is from Comotion. I stamped on red cardstock then used colored pencils to add color to the image, highlighting a few areas with white acrylic paint. This card is for my Falliday Fest challenge today, to depict some source of light.
Come play along with the Falliday Fest challenges! We're getting ahead on holiday crafting, chatting and sharing recipes, and winning prizes....... what are you waiting for? Go stamp something pretty!

I love the look of the colored pencils on the red paper. This vintage image of the candle and that beautiful font of the JOY radiates times not forgotten. Into my favorites.

The white you added makes this card so special (beyond its being RED, that is!).

Oh my goodness!! The white highlights on this image give us the feeling of frost and snow while providing warmth from the image and Cozy Christmas red.
