For today's sketch challenge I have gone with a flat look - easy to reproduce and no extra postage. This is a great way to use up those patterned paper scraps and at the same time showcase some of your favourites.
I took two pieces of paper (¼" or 0.5cm) less than the card base and cut them together in a paper trimmer. This way I had two cards ready to go. This one has the large green and smaller red pieces. My other card is the opposite. So easy to then punch out some circles, stamp a sentiment and two cards all done.
Thanks for looking.

I did the same as you with the diagonal cut and made two cards. It just seems the best way not to have that other piece left over sitting in the scrap box. Your Christmas cards turned out great. That bell paper stands out and is so pretty! Love the matching envelope as well!
