Congratulations to you Mary Fran - I chose this gorgeous card to case in your honour today. Love the layers on this and all your amazing creations.

Special Delivery! by Mary Fran NWC at Splitcoaststampers

Created layers on the gingham panel and added the flowers. Die cut the pram and flipped the gingham to die cut the hood segments. Die cut the words and added pearls to finish.
