This patterned paw print is from a roll of smooth curling ribbon. I laid them all next to each other onto the sticky side of a mailing label. Pounced alcohol inks in blues and die cut the pieces. I added some black EP to the still exposed label edge. MISTI came in very handy for placing the sentiment. "Bear", my sister in law's devoted Lab, is getting pretty old and is ailing. This card could be sent now, or when he passes. Not sure which way I want to share it. Open to your thoughts on the matter. Sigh.........

Sweet card! That is a difficult one, but either way she wil appreciate the fact that you are thinking of her and bear. I feel the loss of a beloved pet is the loss of a family member. The grief is very real.

Oh I love the card but got a few tears as your family's dog is getting to the end of his journey. That's the hardest part as our dogs don't live as long as we do. Send it now and it will bring a smile to your SIL.

Although I am on the cat team, this card spoke to me since I have paw prints on every surface in my house...including one on my laptap where Max stepped in the Archival Black pad before marching across the keyboard...
