I had made this BG a long time ago and never used it. Waiting for the right card. And today I found the right card. This is the technique used for the BG. Drunken Acrylic Reveal Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I think Lydia did this on a Dare to get Dirty challenge a year or two ago. I have so many Bsckgrounds store I have said I won't make more till I use some of these. I layered the BG on a very narrow margin of white CS and then on the Green card base. The Bass didn't show up on just the BG so i put him on a white layer, but that seemed to be too much of a stark contrast. So I added a little wash of Bermuda Bay ink to the white. Just what it needed. I used the edge of that die cut piece to stamp my sentiment on and cut it out.
