Hello!! What a beautiful day to sit down for a bit and make a card with the awesome color combo this week.
Letâs start from the back layer and work up to the top. I have a whisper white base, then Unityâs wood designer paper, next whisper white paper with the Unity Faithful letter stamped in light gray. I know ...you can hardly see it..but itâs there lol . I used Gina Marieâs dotted line Frame die on the whisper white panel as well. Now the gray piece happened to be a product of a failed die cut but I used it anyways. On this gray piece I used Gina Marieâs scalloped stitched die frame. The inner portion is also a Gina Marie die but I have no clue what the name is of it. I was planning to have the die totally cut that portion out of the paper but it didnât cut all the way through so I used it to have the flowers coming out from behind that piece. The leaves are dies from Tim holtz. The flowers are from the Unity Possible , Not easy stamp set. I colored them with the three colors but when I put clearing embossing powered on them all the colors melted together. The flower top was colored with berry burst (substituted for Rich Razzleberry) then I used flirty flamingo from the base of the flower out finishing the leaf off with crushed curry. I stamped the flower with black afterwards to define the leaves a little bit more. The Hug die is Gina Kâs. The sentiment is by Unity stamp co...I donât know what set because I received it in a grab bag. I used simple white nuvo drops on a few leaves and on the gray piece. I hope you like it and I thank you for visiting.

The flowers may not have come out as you intended, but I think they look beautiful, especially against the gray scallop panel. Love all the layers and the beautiful sentiments. Thanks for joining the CC this week with your gorgeous card, Kari!
