This wasn't as quick as I thought it would be. Isn't that almost always the case? I started by picking up the Celebrate Scan n Cut Die from a previous project idea and paired it with this marbled paper, made by my friend. "Celebrate" needed to be thicker so I scanned it and cut 2 more. Then it needed black to make the letters pop so I had to guess at the size I needed. Then it was obvious that the letters needed to shine, but first I had painstakingly unplug the tip from the Crystal Accents bottle and then wait for the stuff to dry. Peel and stick helped with gluing the sequins down, and that actually was the quickest part. Bordered with black and then mounted on white.

I recognized hand marbled paper right away(lucky you to have such a talented friend).......which I adore. So you had me with that from the gitgo. You used it SO well in your card design....especially making the sentiment with a marbled feeling too.

indeed, this popped out of the gallery! I could just ditto Sallie's comment...so thankful and happy I have a few pages of your friends marbled paper as well. A very uplifting card, Lori.

That marbling bg is fab. Isn't it interesting how we start something and it ends up being so much more than we planned!! Happens. Your card is really beautiful with the word backed in black.

I always love seeing cards made with your stash of amazing marbled papers. Would Versamark and UTEE have been an easier way to add shine. Though I suppose that would have done the black layer too. Arranging sequins always takes me longer than anything else.

I totally know what you mean about a card that should be much quicker but takes a lot longer that initially though but it is really quite gorgeous. That paper is just amazing.
