A Happy Birthday card for my friend Caroline, and also for Lee's (LuvLee) Mini VSN challenge, Petals of White.
I apologize right off the bat for the poor photo quality; I'm using my cell phone because my faithful old digital camera finally gave up the ghost. It's a learning curve...
I die-cut an oval from the Avalanche CS, then put it in the Sizzix EF & embossed it. Stamped the sentiment onto a strip of Whisper White, trimmed the end at an angle, & adhered to a strip of the yellow CS, & cut the end to match. Layered a panel of Avalanche onto a panel of yellow, & then onto the card front. Popped up the oval & the sentiment panel with dimensional tape onto the card. Added the enamel dots. Easy, peasy!

Terrific idea to emboss the white flowers! I did not think of that. Love your card design and the sentiment with the angled edge. The yellow and white looks so fresh for springtime.
