I stamped the hydrangea twice overlapping a bit, started by coloring with water color pencils and blended with aquabrush, then finished with water colors and added some gold marker dots and white gel pen details, added some splatters around, punched the vellum to make it look like a tag and attached it with a brad and made a bakers twine double bow.
