I used dies to cut out some images of swampy area that I have seen (I live near swamp) and the heron, then I drew in the tufts of Marsh grass by hand.
I had made background out of watercolor paint, making the sky similar to early morning.

Beautiful and peaceful silhouette scene and love the hand doodled reeds and calm watercolored background!
We have several herons along the Mississippi River and they have the patience of a saint awaiting for fish to swim by.
Thanks so much for playing!

Herons are such majestic looking birds. I love seeing them, though it's more usually in a city setting. They look even better out in the country as you have down us here, with your soft morning sky.

Oh my goodness Janet I got this absolutely incredible card in the mail Your hand drawn tufts are absolutely perfect for the die cut too. I had to feel them to see that they were not die cut. Nicely done baking them work so well with the great die cut. Thank you so much for the happy mail today. Hugs!!!
