Lines and Dots - Happy Birthday
For the background, stamp and emboss gold stripes on navy cardstock panel. Trim and attach a gold dotted acetate panel to a navy panel. (I trimmed acetate leaving about 1/4â on each end of tall side of navy piece. I scored the acetate and creased with folder.) Slip acetate panel over navy cardstock. Secure folded edges of acetate panel to back of navy panel using red-liner tape. (The top and bottom of acetate will now be adhered to cardstock. If needed, use a tiny piece of Glue Dot behind a couple of gold dots on acetate to secure it to navy cardstock. Adhere this panel to folded navy card.
Cut 3 navy/1 gold metallic sentiment (happy), stack and glue these together with gold on top. Stamp and emboss (birthday) sentiment in gold on navy cardstock and trim. Adhere sentiments to card; use Glue Dots for die word; use dimension strip for embossed sentiment.

Very cool effect using the acetate and layering on your sentiment. I like the gold dots and the angle that you photographed your card is intriguing. Lovely work.
