What a fabulous card! Wonderful CAS design! Love the scalloped edge with the ribbon, but most of all the Eiffel Tower with the glittery heart!

This is CAS as it's finest Shirl! Oh my, what a gorgeous, gorgeous card this is. I adore this curved border with scalloped ribbon and the sparkly red heart over the Eiffel Tower! This stupendous; or as the French would say, "tres chic!" ~Karen.
